For more than 20 years, connecting people and building relationships has been at the core of Sarita’s careers. She spent 10 years as a Mary Kay Sales Director, 4 years as the Director of Communications for the Diocese of Victoria and 2 years teaching high school Spanish before finding her true passion, the life and health insurance industry!

Villafranca Insurance emerged serendipitously. In the Spring of 2021, her daughter had a kitchen accident that required medical attention and a surgery.  She was so blessed to have an accident policy, in addition to medical insurance to help cover expenses. Witnessing firsthand the relief that the insurance provided, she was inspired to reach out to her agent and ask how she could work in the insurance industry and extend that same sense of security to others.
